Contrasts #4 - ESB

Once in New York Ciyt we just had to go to the observatory on Empire State Building, which provided a gorgeous view, even when the Twin Towers are sadly missed on the horizon.

The ESB is still listed as the 18th tallest buliding in the world. See list here
The John Hancock Buliding of Chicago (see our post) comes in on number 31.
In our quest for collecting the world's tallest buliding we would have to go back to China, though.
